As the business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and support the next stage of commercial growth.

The Role
The Marketing Manager will be a senior, standalone role responsible for developing and delivering the company’s marketing strategy. This position does not involve line management at this stage but requires a high level of autonomy, commercial awareness, and strategic capability.
You will work closely with the Director to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and increase online sales across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce platforms, and online channels
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all marketing materials
- Manage social media strategy, content planning, and campaign performance
- Analyse marketing data, customer behaviour, and campaign results to inform decision-making
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Coordinate marketing activity for both product sales and professional training courses
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the beauty industry
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective return on investment
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
or significant equivalent professional experience - Proven experience in a senior or standalone marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online customer acquisition
- Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns independently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Desirable:
- Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or training/education sector
- Experience managing marketing strategy in a growing or start-up business
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and online brand partnerships
